NEW MEMBER INFORMATION
The Southern Chapter of the New Jersey Football Officials would be happy to take your application for membership into our organization. Below are the criteria for becoming a varsity High School official...
1. Current certified high school football officials, from other states need to provide the executive committee a letter from their current organization stating that they are a certified member of that organization and also listing the # of years as a varsity official and the appx number of varsity games they officiated. E-mail this information to cliffdec@comcast.net. Once verified, you will be eligible to officiate varsity contests.
2. New officials need to attend our two year cadet class that start in September and go through November. Provide us with your name, phone number, address, and date of birth by e-mailing this information to cliffdec@comcast.net or by calling 856 795 7784. Once this information is verified, you will be eligible to officiate sub-varsity games. Once you successfully complete the two year cadet course, you will be eligible to take the state certification test, and then upon successful completion of that, you are eligible to officiate varsity contests.
